Casefty provides a perfect silicone phone case customization solution. The hardness, color, and printing of the silicone phone case can be customized. In terms of material selection, we provide three basic materials: GRS ordinary silicone, liquid silicone, and TPU mixed silicone. In terms of color, we support all Pantone color numbers. In terms of printing, we recommend single-color printing and two-color printing to print logos and patterns because 100% pure silicone is not suitable for multi-color printing. Customization in appearance involves opening molds, so the minimum order quantity is relatively high, and it is only suitable for large-scale purchases.
Regarding the material properties of silicone: liquid silicone feels good but is too soft and cannot be molded, so we use a PC middle frame to help mold. TPU mixed silicone is easy to mold and the price is more cost-effective. Although GRS silicone is more environmentally friendly, the color is not very pure. Understanding these characteristics will make your choice more convenient.
